The Skip guy on Fox News said they probably released the information about Jose today because of tactical reasons. Maybe to deter someone else or to get information from another source. ???

I suspect they did this because they needed to take him out of the civilian legal process where he had rights to an attorney, have charges filed, and a speedy trial, where the government would be forced to disclose information they would prefer not to reveal at this time.

Interesting information. The guy was arrested at the international terminal in Chicago and was never held in Chicago. He was apparently put on a plane and sent to New York, underal federal jurisdiction. No one knows if it was NYC or upstate. Then he was sent to Charleston.
