Each spring, in middle school gym class our girls have had an instructor come and teach self defense. Tomorrow I am going to see how much my daughter has learned!

Good idea. Hmmm...think I'll contact our local Sheriff's office and inquire about that. Our homeschool group has about a zillion kiddos.
