When I first heard about this -- it was my first thought! I know in DoD that is how they get rid of SES's -- reorganize! Would imagine when this is all over there will be less people working in Homeland Security than they had in their individual agencies. And a lot of those will be clintonites who hold a lot of the SES positions!

I would sooooo love to see a bunch of overpaid, underworked mid-level Federal bureaucRATS get handed their walking papers while simultaneously strengthening our National Security...if they happen to be Clintonoid Senior Executive Service (SES) positions, all the better!!
