WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Minneapolis FBI agent Coleen Rowley, who testifies before Congress today, faced more than bureaucratic obstacles in August while she pressed FBI headquarters for a warrant to search the belongings of suspected terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui.

Minnesota's federal law enforcement leadership was in flux during the weeks that crucial decisions were being made.

She was a motor mouth wasn't she. Personally I think she didn't come off to well. In fact I think it was a waste of our money

And when does she wash her hair? Just what did Clinton know and when did he know it?

Do you know ALL of her "hats" she wears there? The FOIA was the only thing I had heard her mention, and I was left wondering if that was her section, why she was involved in the Moussaoui problem. Of course, with all of the talk about her "typing" abilities theoretically she could be the typist. Who knows? Do you?

A motor mouth indeed. She seemed so excited to be there and reminded me of a little girl playing with dolls. Especially when her and Chuckie Baby were cooing each other. Chuckie always reminds me of girls playing with dolls. Looks like he got a perm in his constant trying to cover up the bald spot. Hope she is not a top agent.

Indeed she is a motor-mouth. She seems to be bucking for a new job, IMO. Maybe Hillary can do something for her.

After watching her testimony, God help us if she is one of the top agents.

I don't see any realistic or reasonable basis for accusing her of leaking it, but maybe you can divine something for the following limited bio Rowley testimonials, click here What was really interesting to me, when Rowley refused to talk to the media, the way the RED STAR went after her neighbors to open up on her was suspiciously aggressive.

the Moussaoui problem

I watched as much as I could, but I didn't even hear this name mentioned. Did any one else?

There is NOTHING that she has said today that I couldn't have said.

I did not watch her today, but she really "said" a lot, enough, in her letter.

Agreed. I read this article just to see what Freepers thought of her. I was completetly disinterested in what she said at the hearings. There was no thoughtful analysis about what the problems were or what caused them. Every other sentence mentioned "the beauraucracy" and how great it was that she knew how to type so well (because the quality of the computers were so poor). When Schumer lobbed her a softball question about why the technology was so bad she responded that she, "had not thought about an answer to that particular question." She wasn't dodging the question, this woman was incapable of dodging...she truly hadn't thought about this huge problem.

Question:

What did she write in her 13 page memo?

I'm don't know, but if it is anything like her response to the questions at these hearings it is a babling, superficial, mediocre analysis of the problems at the FBI.

"Law enforcement officials have identified the supervisory agent Rowley accused of “consistently, almost deliberately thwarting” Minnesota FBI efforts as Michael Maltbie. Maltbie recently transferred out of counterterrorism to the Cleveland field office."

The above from MSNBC. Don't know where he is, except could be at a desk in Cleveland.

I did not watch the whole Congressional Show today, only snippets. Biden did not disappoint-preening, fluffing his outrage feathers at Muehler. These bums act like they just dropped onto Earth and had no idea, none, zip, zero, nada, that there were any problems with our nation's intel community-even though they have oversight. At first blush, I was not impressed with Rowley, but from reports I have seen on tv and read on the net,she did not hang out her fellow agents ,in the field ,to dry. She was more of a team player than advertised.
