Bartender saying some part of his statement to the cops...he was misquoted, and inferred the cop wrote down the wrong thing.

Says he was handed a report today with a report of his statement and he does not agree with what is in it re: his testimony and his report to the police.

That's special. Considering there are other witnesses. He may well have seen nothing, he's the bartender he was working.

Often witnesses right their own statements, initial each page etc., so there are no mistakes. That's terribly sloppy work for the cops to just ''take notes'' of the bartender's statements.
