Do you remember when brenda said in PH that after he gave them a round of drinks and then she turned her back to him. She said she felt sorry for him or something cuz no one was talking to him but he was just looking at them? I'll see if it's in the transcripts. Glad hubby doesn't mind me watching this..I didn't get any cleaning done today. :)

when is a party not a party.

When it's a gathering?
When it's a get together?
When it's not fun?
When it's not formally planned but spontaneous?
How many people are in a get together before it becomes a party?

Sorry bout that..I was reading mizS's reply to you... and thought I'd throw my $.02 in cuz it had been brought up before even now.. I think it's very easy to tell the difference between a party, and a get together. The same thing wrt:orgies. (can you believe we even have to discuss this?) An adult halloween party, may mean don't bring kids, there will be drinking involved..and in their case probably pot.. No one has been able to answer my question..were there other people at the party besides the people in the orgie?

(Please correct me if I'm mistaken about this.) The accusation occurred over something the lady in question was reporting--something said by others, not her words at all. That's terribly unfair and unworthy of you, because ordinarily, you're not what I'd term a "flamer."

ok...we know they planned the halloween party..that's obvious. Brenda said it was not a risque party to feldman I think, maybe dusek. That means no sex. Damon supposedly whispered to the prosecution in front of the jury that the kids weren't home. (per post at websleuths) Should we assume that other people were at the party cuz I don't think the defense got that part clarified. Knowing if brenda invited other people would help confirm her story. If the ''orgy'' happened after other guests left, then we can say the halloween party wasn't a sex party..see? Or am i completely off base here?

Oh, you're pulling that trick on Bunny Slippers too, huh? Post something derogatory about that person, and then play all innocent when that person calls you on it? It's nice to know I'm not the only one I guess. That's a great way to keep asserting it's only folks on the prosecution side who start the flame wars -- post something nasty then say you were misunderstood. But that trick wears real thin, transparently thin, real fast.

Gotcha. But did I not (when this was pointed out to me) say that it was "duly noted"?

I personally am getting sick of trying to post on the Van Dam threads and having someone (like SF) state that I don't know what I'm talking about.
