When it's not formally planned but spontaneous?
How many people are in a get together before it becomes a party?

ok...we know they planned the halloween party..that's obvious. Brenda said it was not a risque party to feldman I think, maybe dusek. That means no sex. Damon supposedly whispered to the prosecution in front of the jury that the kids weren't home. (per post at websleuths) Should we assume that other people were at the party cuz I don't think the defense got that part clarified. Knowing if brenda invited other people would help confirm her story. If the ''orgy'' happened after other guests left, then we can say the halloween party wasn't a sex party..see? Or am i completely off base here?
