Just a couple of thoughts here, off the top of my head, after reading some of the posts today:

1) What if Brenda "knew" DW better than she's admitting? She's over at the house, he gives her the "wink wink" and says to her kids something like, "Hey, kids! The door to the motorhome's open! Why don't you go check it out?" (I know that, when I was younger, I thought any kind of home on wheels was cool). This leaves Mommy and DW time for some "quick" hijinks, and could put DNA evidence in the motorhome.

2) This thing with Rich saying (to DW), "We know what you're about!" Rich was the baseball coach who was dealing pot, was he not? The one that Brenda ratted out recently? Is it possible that, with DW cozying up to BVD and friends that someone thought he (DW) was a cop - a narc? Or vice, perhaps? This would explain the confrontation, and the fact that everyone "closed up" on DW. It would also give someone a motive for pointing the finger at DW...

If my recollections of who the dealer was are incorrect, forget I even mentioned it :P

5:30-6:00 P.M., Feb 2 did a Uniform Officer tell you that Damon had disclosed "the sex" and it was OK to talk about it.

Did the police tell you that they had talked to Barbara Easton, and she told them many things that happened the night of Feb. 1st?

Did you then disclose your full relationship, on Feb 3, at 2:13 A.M. in the morning!!

IMO, poor Dusek is very ineffective. When he tries to clean up after Brenda and Damon it is somehow tainted by the vulgar reality.

There is a subtle discomfort in putting LE and this disgusting couple on the same team.

I realize that they have no choice, but it sure isn't a pretty picture.

I never said anything about the time of this I simply stated to another that I would not have let my 10 year old go to neighbors when another of my children were missing. In fact your post 559 agrees with me. Perhaps you need to go back and read my posts and then decide who is being rude....besides the time was corrected to me at around 4 pm est and I have left you at least 2 separate posts that you have not responded too..again who is being rude....

I didn't hear any more about the phone tap - but could only watch Court TV. What do you suppose that was all about? Why do you think it wasn't allowed - does Feldman just need to lay more groundwork first? I can't believe that if there was an incriminating statement on a phone tap - that it wouldn't be allowed to come out.

Before the break Felman was asking Brenda about her phone being taped by the PD and about a call she received on I think 2/16... an objection was made then a sidebar..was this brought up again after lunch?

Yes! What might Feldman be aware of?

It may not be admissible now, because there is no foundation for it. It may take the expert testimony of LE to describe the tap, before it can even be broached to the VD's.

But I don't think we've heard the last of it. JMO
