After the amount demonizaton of Hussein who simply asked the U.S. if we would mind him stopping the Kuwaites from slant drilling into his oil fields (to which the U.S. said no), I too am surprised at the public's resistance to bombing Iraq.
I'm more concerned with things he HAS done, regardless of the demonization, such as the use of Chemical weapons against the kurds - if he's willing to use those types of weapons against people in his own country, what makes you think we can blindly trust him not to use them against us, either directly, or more likely through expendable proxies???
