I'm more concerned with things he HAS done, regardless of the demonization, such as the use of Chemical weapons against the kurds - if he's willing to use those types of weapons against people in his own country, what makes you think we can blindly trust him not to use them against us, either directly, or more likely through expendable proxies???

Can't trust Hussein or a bunch of others out there. How do we know he gassed Kurds or any of the other things he's been accused of doing? With all the that's being spouted by past and present administrations (and their media cohorts), you would have to go out there and personally interview Kurds to find out what really happened.
