I have a whole list of people that I don't reply to. It is just in the last few days all this bashing has gotten out of hand! I will see how this plays out but bashing needs to stop of Bush supporters just because we like the President and that does not mean that everyone has to agree with what Pres Bush does. You can carry on a civil conversation with people and spirited debate without bashing fellow Freepers IMHO!
Whatever happened to bashing the DemocRATS -- daschle, leahy, gephardt. More time has been spent bashing Bush and his supporters than the RATS lately!

It's called extreme disappointment. It's expected that Democrats (Socialists) sell out the Principals this Nation must have to continue to exist. It's NOT expected that the Republicans have compromised and moved so near the center of the political area that there's not enough difference in the two to continue to vote for them.
When you're mad about being lied to and sold out you just naturally strike back.
The next election is going to be a real toss up, just like the last one. Good luck.

I joined freerepublic because I thought I would be with like minded people...I don't expect us to always agree but this bashing of our President lately has gotten out of hand. I didn't realize that we had so many control freaks and the sad part is...some of them are makeing charges that are untrue and some are using plain old heresay as fact. A house divided against itself cannot stand. I would think that everyone would be concentrating on the matters at hand like the war on terror. There is absolutely no excuse for their disruptive behavior...maybe they need attention???
