I am not looking at it as adult perspective vs. child perspective. I have just read too many stories of girls who get heavy into internet chat and 'go missing' after meeting up with the person they are chatting with, or that person coming to get them.

Why do you think a boyfriend would break in and act out a kidnapping with her? I believe if it was a boyfriend, she would have met the guy somewhere away from the house and gone away with him. Just curious.

Also, I believe it was a buddy of one of the workmen or someone that came to see the house as a prospective buyer. There are a lot of sickos in this world and it's a shame a child cannot be safe in her own bed.

I can understand because it does happen, but there are still innocent kids out there. We just do not hear about them as often.
