OK, I understand what nuclear blackmail means. What were we blackmailed out of? What did the bad guys win -- because they have nukes -- that they otherwise would not have won?

I hope you get an answer, cause "I don't get it either". While I agree that Bush has caved on the "War On Terror" and it's become a joke, I still don't see how getting Americans out of warms way is giving into blackmail.
