I guess Bush should of just violated the law and refused to release it? Is that what Rush wanted? Didn't we have enough of that crap under Clinton?

Based on what I understand of today's press conference, it sounds like Bush and Rush are in agreement on the issue. What remains to be seen is whether the report was released without the knowledge of the White House, or whether the conservative critiques changed the WH's mind.
