I'm not sure if someone with a stolen INS stamp could let in more terrorists than the INS does already on its own?

"I'm not sure if someone with a stolen INS stamp could let in more terrorists than the INS does already on its own?" Good point. Hhmmm....reverse crime?? Trying to PREVENT them from authorizing any more of them??? < /sarcasm >

The way the INS operates, terrorists are probably the last people who need to break in and take their stamps (they probably have their own set already). Perhaps the forces of good did this, say to let in white farmers from Zimbabwe, who I understand are being turned down for refugee status to enter the U.S.

This is similar to the joke about the husband who did not report his wife's credit cards being stolen because the thief was spending less than his wife.
Only this isn't a joke and it's not funny.
