The Washington Dispatch has learned, that at approximately 6 p.m. PDT on Sunday, an office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service in Tacoma, Washington was burglarized.
An inventory of missing items was made available and included the following:
An I.N.S. Admissions Stamp used in validating passports, normally permits 90 day access.
A Parolee Stamp which allows a stateless person (refugees, etc.) to enter and apply for resident alien status within one year.
D-1 and D-2 stamps which allow a ship's crewman entry for business or pleasure purposes.
An assortment of miscellaneous I.N.S. forms.
Most importantly, an I-551 stamp was reported missing. This stamp is used to create a resident alien card which permits the cardholder to become a permanent lawful resident of the United Staes.
In addition to the stamps and forms, a .40 caliber Berretta and two full magazines were also reported missing.
The Washington Dispatch is following the story and will be reporting additional details as they become available.

C'mon ... this is one those urban legend things .......right?

One would think that certain agencies would be EXTRA security conscious now.
rounds up illegals Not in the last CENTURY!
every institution has been diversitized, pansyized, and affirmative actionized Sadly, yes.
Thanks Marmema for the ping. Did you ever deliver a report to your boss?
To: MarMema
Oh right! The one where the 3 men were bound, gagged, shot in the head and the newsreporter states that police think it may not be a random shooting! LOL Where do the TV stations dig these guys up?

I'll bump this.
Now this is a handy dandy way to give legal residency to all those illegals that Mr. Bush wanted to grant amnesty to.

If career employees can be fired, the Travel Office fiasco would never have occurred. I'm with you in being surprised at the claim that INS people aren't Civil Service and effectively immune.
But the Travel Office is not a good example. The scandal of the firing of Billy Dale et. al. was not the fact that they were dismissed; these people worked in the WH rather than civil service and served at the pleasure . . . (what a thought!).
The TO crew was pounced upon, evicted, and (in the case of Billy Dale) criminally charged. This was done at the behest, apparently, of Hillary. Billy Dale had in fact cut corners in order to accomplish his mission expeditiously, allowing the appearance of impropriety to occur. But the fact apparently was quite contrary to that appearance, and the jury didn't buy it at all.
Not only so, but journalists were the actual clientele of the TO, they actually paid the money that Billy Dale handled for their convenience under the president's orders (I believe it was JFK who created the WH TO to curry favor with journalists). And the journalists were satisfied customers who didn't buy the brief against Dale, either. Why then did Hillary do it so brutally? She thought it was better politics that just exercising arbitrary authority!! Abusing the FBI, that she thought was fine, but firing someone 'cause you felt like it was a no-no . . .

"I'm not sure if someone with a stolen INS stamp could let in more terrorists than the INS does already on its own?"
This is similar to the joke about the husband who did not report his wife's credit cards being stolen because the thief was spending less than his wife.
Only this isn't a joke and it's not funny.

So a bunch of missing stamps and forms equals a "Massive Security Breach". Now I've heard everything!!!

During the Xlintoon Administration there were more than a few incidences where laptops were lost, stolen, misplaced or just bye bye!
I wonder......

IMO, if it was an inside job, the items would have disappeared over time so it would not cause a big investigation.
Also, there would be no reason to steal them, if the subject worked for the INS. He would just make the blank documents at the office, when no one was looking, and then take the documents out and sell them.
Why steal something that would cause an investigation into your work place?

Would you believe...
a double-secret inside job to make it look like it was too obvious an inside job to be an inside job?

Not yet, I'll mention it this week sometime..
They are sending back that Syrian family, though - have you read about them? Been here for ages illegally and now they think the father had access to state secrets or something in Syria. Mother has Crohn's disease and the liberal rags have been whining about her having to stay in detention. Kids were born here, three of them, I think, pretty sure they are in Ballard and he is a grocer. Was a grocer.

ROTFLOMAO.

If the INS had the Nazi SS Stormtrooper qualities of the IRS, then we wouldn't have any 9/11's, 11+ million illegal aliens roaming around, or any missing anythings. Maybe we should trade duties for both and let the INS be lazy, worthless, slackards about collecting our taxes and let the IRS enforce immigration. Seriously, this entire government is a freefall and our very lives are in jeopardy due to it. Perhaps it's time for another patriotic American Revolution?
To: angkor
Oh my Gawd, the INS lost an admissions stamp!! I am sure they are diligently searching for that damn stamp, while being trampled by millions of illegals running across our borders.
To: Spin
Geez the first thing that needs to happen is to put the entire office on a polygraph. Obviously someone knew this was in the safe .

Hummm, Democrats beefing up their voter registration?
