Notice that, despite the provocative headline and the tantalizing lead, the reporter does not ascribe a single direct quote that amounts to: "Terror war must target 60 nations".

Methinks that, in context, what was actually said would mean something a wee bit different. And markedly more sane...

He actually said:

"We must uncover terror cells in 60 or more countries, using every tool of finance, intelligence and law enforcement."

And the press wonders why they are losing credibility...

President Bush has said ever since 9-20 address to the nation that Al Qaeda has cells in over 60 countries.

Yep, this seemed like old news to me, too.
