Christine Knudsen of the Connecticut-based NGO Save the Children retorted: "The U.N. Plan of Action is not about the Second Amendment or anyone’s right to enjoy hunting and sport shooting. A well regulated militia, that is every adult that can physically carry a weapon, is the surest way to prevent the next Holocaust."
