Her dad was one of LBJ's biggest contributors Okay if this is true I'm convinced she is pure evil.
Let's see you two are condemning her more than anything based on her last name and her parents choices in life. If the rest of the voters in NC have the same level of intelligence and maturity this state is going to hell in a handbasket real fast. Of course, BlackElk, you live in Illinois, don't you have enough of your own candidates to worry about without trashing others from other states?

I know some old money families, generally nice people but family loyalty is 1st last and only to them. If her Father was a liberal backer her not being one would be nearly inconcieveable.

I also am a Republican and last time I checked that is a national party. Will Liddy Dolt refrain from voting on anything that might affect Illinois citizens if lightning strikes and her squishballness gets elected to the United States Senate which is called that because it is a national body, passing or defeating national laws. I had not thought of North Carolina as friendly to the politics of the Pucci, Gucci and Fiorucci (sp?) wing of the GOP. Go find former North Carolina Young Americans for Freedom leader Harold Herring. He lives there somewhere and would make a magnificent successor to Jesse Helms. Muffy and Skipper need not apply.
I also note that you are not up to refuting the policy reasons for Republicans to reject the Trust Fund for Senate campaign.
