DALLAS CITIZENS DENIED ACCESS AS ANARCHISTS STAGE MOCK TRIAL OF EXXONMOBIL

DALLAS, TX— In a show of strength and solidarity of cause hundreds of Texans are banding together in Dallas today in support of free markets and capitalism. Members of FreeRepublic of Texas, Texas Citizens for a Sound Economy, Congress on Racial Equality (CORE) and Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT) were on hand to join the debate as a cabal of so-called “grass-roots activists” held a Kangaroo court “mock trial” against one of America’s great corporations, ExxonMobil.

The hypocrisy of the radicals holding this sham court proceeding is beyond the pale,” said Kenda Spaulding, Executive Chapter Leader of the North Texas Chapter of FreeRepublic. “The goal of their anti-American rhetoric is to cripple America’s largest employers, starting with ExxonMobil, and keep the United States dependent upon foreign oil producers. They further seek to thwart efforts of large American corporations abroad who are bettering the lives of people around the world by bringing jobs and infrastructure to many third world countries. Real Americans seek to better the lives of others – not keep them hungry and in poverty.”

“Our goal today is to balance the false accusations and radical rhetoric of the anarchists,” added Spaulding. “As we expected, we were rebuffed in our attempt to speak, because they are not interested in hearing the truth and more importantly they don’t want the American people to hear the truth.”

Unlike the Anarchists whose only common ground is a hate for the American way of life, the members of our groups speak with one united voice in support of democracy and capitalism. Free markets equal free people and it is corporations like ExxonMobil that are leading this great nation into the 21st century by providing jobs and profits for its shareholders.

If you need further information about where the real people of Texas and America stand, please contact Kenda Spaulding at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

I will make it simple as well. We has around 50 people. We took everbody by suprise. The Green's called the police. The Green's hid inside & were affraid of us. The Police called for backup. Many Police arrived. Police threatend to kick us off campus. Police agreed to allow us to set in on mock trial w/ no signs and be silent. We refused. We protested outside and then left. Everyone we encountered looked like a deer in the headlights. It was an overwhelming victory.

That's awesom LloydChristmas! I hope you'll be at the continued protest today. MAF has my phone number and I'll be here all day to post updates as she calls them in to me from the protest downtown.

Keep up the good work.

SO TRUE! My husband has been a chemical engineer with Dow Chem. for 29 years. Dow recently bought Union Carbide. We have plants all over the world now, already had Dow plants in many countries. We give the local people good paying jobs, where they often had nothing before. We improve their standard of living when we come to town! The employees get great medical benefits and enough money to live on, eat well, etc. We may not make them millionaires, but they make a better living than many other people in the area. We don't come in and give them min. wage. Dow doesn't do that. I am sure Exxon is like Dow.

"Did I use that term somewhere?"

No, winner45 did. That was my way of rubbing salt into the wounds after your rebuttal to his "vocabulary lesson"

It probably wasn't as funny as I thought it was.

Sorry, I haven't seen many of your posts and didn't recognize your humor as such. Reflecting, it was great.
