LEGAL DISCLAIMER: This post is not a solicitation for funds, but rather a report of West Virginian Freeper #60000, Jay Wolfe's successful meetings this week with various Conservative groups in Washington, DC. If you wish to contribute to or get involved with this Freeper's campaign for the U.S. Senate, Jim Robinson has requested that no solicitations for funds be made from this thread. As such, the previous thread was deleted. Appologies to anyone I pinged with this now bad link. Dear Friends,
I am so pleased to give you good news after spending two days in Washington DC. We packed those two days at meetings with the White House Office of Political Affairs, Senate Republican Leader Trent Lott, Republican Senatorial Committee, the National Rifle Association, National Right to Life, American Conservative Union President David Keene, Club for Growth E.D. David Keating, Conservative Victory Fund and the Americans for Tax Reform. Trent Lott seemed most pleased to meet with us and truly seems willing to help me as I help him restore the Republican majority to the Senate.
We revealed our budget and campaign plan to them and came away with some solid commitments. Some of them need a little more proof that I am a serious contender before they jump in. Proof in DC is spelled "MONEY". We have a plan to raise that money that I want to tell you about. (Sorry, we can't tell about it here)
Two good friends traveled with me; Charlotte Snead, President of West Virginians for Life, and Richard "Dick" Whiting, President of WV State Pistol and Rifle Association (which is the WV NRA). These two folks were invaluable toward proving that we already have the most powerful political activist groups in the state supportive of my campaign.
The next 30 days are very crucial to the campaign ... To show that I am a serious contender to some of the folks in DC, we are going to raise $xxx, xxx by June 30th. This is the hurdle we must clear in order to open up some more war chests. Dick and Charlotte have said they will help. I need.........I will not rest until it is achieved........
I know, $xxx, xxx is a pittance compared to what JR already has in his war chest. But even David needed a stone for his slingshot.
If you can help, (deleted at the request of Jim Robinson)
May God bless you,
Jay Wolfe

PS: If you do decide to contr***te, just don't say anything about it here, ok? Shhhhhhh
(He doesn't need the job, and America doesn't need him!)
Good luck Jay
I'm pulling for you here in Texas.
I'm glad to see the talks with the NRA, now get out to the NRA dinners and shooting ranges of all types to seal the deal with the shooters themselves. This, I honestly believe is the only way to win. The gun vote came through for W. I am glad to see that you are following the path of a winner. It will take time and a lot of miles, but the effort will be worth it.
It'll all be on the website...eventually. Roger is keeping it updated as much as he can. www.jaywolfe.net Check it frequently and look for the "Wolfe Packs" for local county activism which are coming soon.
Jim should know that you are not just a campaign operative, but a dedicated FReeper extraodinaire who often travels long distances to FReep in ground zero.
Senator FReeper kinda has a ring to it.
Good Luck
Let's roll.
Senator FReeper has a very nice ring to it! :-)
Good luck Jay!

Most excellent find Mountaineer! I'm surprised they left his SSN on that. Hmmm, maybe I'll borrow it to assume his identity for some of that green. =;-)
Seriously though, I'll have to print that out and put some of it into HTML for the Adobe challenged here. Check out the last couple of pages and all those "other" positions he holds outside of government. No wonder he doesn't do sh*t for this state - too busy with all those board and trustee positions!
