C-SPAN finally carried this speech at 11:00 EDT tonight. [And I think we have our esteemed Congress (cough! cough!) to thank for the delay, rather than C-SPAN].

The speech is even more powerful when it is seen rather than simply reading the words, though they are plenty strong. The expression and body language add emphasis to the speech. The President did an outstanding job!!!

I am glad you got to see the speech. I am going to periodically bump it throughout the day, as the large thread with the inaccurate quote about this speech has generated over 1000 replies.
