I hope the Muslims realize that if the Christian West was as violent and hateful as the Muslim mid-east, there wouldn't be a thing left of the Middle East today.

Indeed. Very insightful statement.

"Ten more Christians Arrested in Saudi Arabia"

Bush taking his thirty pieces of oil (silver) from King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.

When Christianity is outlawed, only outlaws will have Christianity...

That would be King Abdullah of Jordan, not to be confused with Abdullah from Saudi Arabia (the Saudis are usually wearing red-white scarves on their heads)

Jesus said that those who are persecuted in my name are especially blessed.

Bush could at the very least tell the Saudis that he doesn't like this.

I would imagine our views are pretty clear to them.

Not really, you see only Christian sources will cover this, the mainstream press won't touch it because they don't care much about Christian persecution, therefore the majority of Americans don't know about it. As long as nobody says anything the Saudis will continue.

The Saudis obviously care very much about their image here, witness the pro-Saudi commercials they've been financing here lately. Let the President say publicly that he is disappointed that Saudi Arabia is discriminating against its Christian minority, and there is a good chance it will all stop.

I have a feeling they care more about their image here in the states, than keeping their very small Christian minority in check. But if there is no consequence to harassing Christians, of course they will continue.
