AUTUMN: Your mother seems to be a pretty amazing woman. What is the most important piece of advice that she gave you, and have you shared this with your own children?GOV. BUSH: Love my wife and children more than life itself. That is easy to do.
What a good mother he had. Thanks for the ping.

Seeing her talk about Barbara Bush like that reminds of something President George Bush Sr. said. He was on TV making a joke about how everyone asks him about George, Jeb or Barbara...he said, "Hell, I was the President of the United States. What about me?". ROFL

Re your post #18 - You know, I have to say, it is remarkable how Gov. Bush, who is so available and willing to help people, has been so demonized in the past by the Dem Party. I voted a straight Dem ticket almost my entire life, and I can not recall any Dem leader, ever, who would bother to give me the time of day, let alone help me with some problem or issue. It is just mind-blowing to me the difference between Gov. Bush, who tries so hard to be there for the people, and these Dem leaders, who could not care less about their own constituents - as long as they vote Dem. Seriously. That has been my personal experience. If it was otherwise, I would say so.
