Let me modify my comment. Can't believe Sleazy Rider would leave the body to be found unless a) He dumped it and obviously isn't going to rat on himself or b)The person who dumped it for him is no longer around...

If any foreign DNA is found under its fingernails, you can bet it won't be Condits.

Person has been dead for over a year. Probably buried last year and erosion has uncovered it. We've been having a lot of rain lately.
