If they found a body and a walkman, why wait 24-36 hours to confirm the body is hers? Just fingerprint the inside of the walkman. -- What kind of 20-something uses a walkman these days?

Could be Friday at the earliest before we get 100% DNA confirmation, but the walkman and the location is a huge tip off.

I think a 40-something reporter or cop would probably call it a walkman, even if it was something else.

What else are they going to listen to music on when they go for a jog or workout at the gym?

In defense of the press on this matter, Walkman, though a brandname, is clearly a generic and widely accepted term for any personal music device.
