I read a nebulous "thousands" in one of the Miami Herald reports online, but without a doubt, I heard a report on FOXNews, say "10,000" were there. Of course, they could have upped the numbers a bit, but that's what they reported immediately after the speech.

I was lucky enough to be at the Bush rally in Miami the Sunday before election day.
It was great, Giuliani was on the bus along with Jeb and Connie(I never should have retired)Mack.
W is no where more at home than when he is in Miami.
