Actually, Zubaydah is probably singing like a canary. This information was let out for Binnie's benefit, so he can say to himself, "Jeez, I knew I picked a stout heart in Zubaydah! Now, where did I put the TV buttons? I'm gonna miss World Cup!"
We say that we have Zubaydah under "American control". Sure, he can be under "American control" in the Big Lubyanka in Moscow. I would not be surprised to see a team of KGB thugs working him over with the old electrodes to the yarbles while a team of British, American, and Russian "good cops" stand by with milk, cookies and cigarettes, waiting for his cooperation. Which he is. I mean, that's what we're doing to him. It's just not us doing it, that's all.
