Now hold on here. They uphold a return to the Constitution. In the same issue of the article I posted, an article ran in support for a return to Constitutional law. They also ran a Q/A on what the Constitution says, and why they they support the document.

Your argument is unfounded. If our government knew, then what prevented them from taking action? There were several top officials at the FBI who wanted to warn the President and Congress about the impending attacks. Yet they were denied that request, claiming the evidence was too vague. How do you explain Zecarius Moussoui (sp?) being in custody prior to the attacks, and the Washington branch of the FBI not doing a thing about it? It's funny, he was apprehended at a flight school. if our government couldn't piece 2 and 2 together, then we have bigger problems than terrorism. You probably don't even know who John Birch was.

Oh believe me I am VERY well grounded in who and what John Birch was. However, don't pussy foot around. What is your personal opinion of why the government did not respond. No, hints, no hedges why did the "government" fail to respond?
