This story appeared just over two months ago in The New American, and for the first time we are hearing on a wide scale that our government may have had prior knowledge to the coming events of that horrendous day.

I don't think anyone knew about 911 except Clinton and Gore. Gore backed not enforcing airline security and Clinton signed off on it. Both were out of the country on 911. And why is no one asking about what went on at the midnight meeting between Clinton and the Saudi prince? Who is the mole on the intel committee? Does anyone remember the complaints by intelligence agencies about having to spend all their time on corprate investigations instead serious issues? And don't forget who controls the majority of mainstream press. The left. These dudes are frantic to defeat conservatives and want to bring Bush down even if they have to sacrifice every citizen in the country. Afterall, they can always vote for themselves. Sick.

"Did we know what was coming" ?
I thought I did, because Bill Clinton told me so several times. He said Osama is the boogie man, and we must destroy him. Then came several more incidents... Again... Osama is the Boogie man and we must destroy him.
So much for Clinton knowing who the Boogie man is.
Hawaii? Maybe we thought it would be a good place to establish a foothold? Halfway to the Far East, you know.

Sounds a lot like the crux of the Pearl Harbor controversy-e.g. Did FDR know the Japs were going to bomb 'Pearl' December 7, 1941?

Well ... I want to say this about what "we knew". The Clintons were told of impending attacks. They did nothing. Why? Because ... they believed that if their enemy had the same resources (bombs, etc.) as the U.S. did, then the enemy would no longer attack you because he would no longer be envious of you.
If you can explain that idiot logic - good luck. But ... it is commonly known that Clinton's Secretary of State actually made a statement espousing that philosophy.
Sooooo, if you have that philosophy - why on earth would you believe you would be attacked. You wouldn't. That is the whole point. The Clintons ignored the attack memos because they really didn't believe anyone would attack us because they had done everything they could to "appease" all our enemies.
Clintons' gestures at Osama were merely window dressing; to get Monica off the front page - he didn't go after Osama because he really wanted to accomplish anything militarily.
