But she has chosen the tough route. I admire her for that.

So do I, and she looks GREAT! I only hope I can make it to 80, much less look THAT good!

I know for a fact the difficulties she faces everyday with RR. My mother has Alzheimer's, and though she is not at the really bad stage, it is still a trial on the family. I live quite a ways from home, and don't get to see her often, so I don't have to deal with the day to day, but it is tough emotionally on my brothers and sisters. We were fortunate in that we found a very caring woman who lives with her so she can stay in her own home, and have some measure of 'sameness' in her life. I'm sure that's what Nancy wanted for her Ronnie.

I've heard that routine is important for alzheimer patients. It must be tough for you.
