I think there is only one operable word that will work in this situation:

TREASON

This is what I have been saying all along. I believe they were not only briefed on that date, but were also briefed on a continual basis during the infamous Xlintoon regime. Although not provable, available evidence suggests that the 9/11 attack was planned a year earlier (a captured Al-Queida member in India said as much).

Considering the considerable discussion prior to the 2000 election about the DNC/Klintoon gang wanting to declare martial law, disarm citizens, and declare the elections suspended "for the duration of the emergency", this seems to fit right in. They wanted this.
