Allowing gays to be Boy Scout leaders and forcing the Scouts to accept them are two very different things. As a Libertarian I totally oppose the government (through the courts or Congress) forcing any group to accept people they don't want to. I believe in our 1st Amendment guarantee of freedom of association. I disagree with you however on the other issues. Lowering the age of consent is an interesting point. Do you realize that many of the pioneers of our Old West would be considered child rapists under today's laws? Government should not be enforcing private morality-period.
