There could be "sympathy vote." There could also be people who have learned his views via the assassination, and agree with them, views suppressed, obscured and demonized by the local P.C. Police.

Using the term "sympathy vote" is the Left's attempt to minimize in advance the importance of the vote. "People don't really agree with those wackos, they're just expressing sympathy".

And now people also dare to say they vote Fortuyn. When he was still being demonized many people never told others they would vote Fortuyn.
