All About Chocolate

If you get melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.

Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, or ange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.

Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It will take the edge off your appetite, and you will eat less.

If you can't eat all your chocolate, it will keep in the freezer. But if you can't eat all your chocolate, it may be a sign of a deeper problem.

Store your chocolate on top of the refrigerator. Calories are afraid of heights, and will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.

Equal amounts of dark chocolate and white chocolate make a balanced diet.

The preservatives in chocolate will make you look younger.

If not for chocolate, there would be no need for control-top pantyhose, and an entire garment industry would be out of business.

A nice box of chocolate provides your total daily intake of calories in one place. Isn't that handy?

Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you will get one thing done.

Billie and I talked about that when we were working on starting the Canteen and we thought if FReepers come and post links to other threads about things that are important like how you have done it Meekie, then it is great.It helps so a person can just click on it and go to that thread. I really appreciate it especially when I am busy in one of the Canteen rooms here. heh heh

Because of the way FR is set up it is so neat. Because sometimes we here at the Canteen need to know something has happened, like with our troops,etc. it is important to have someone that will post a link here so we can know about it.Like yesterday there was on about Marines a thread at FR and it was posted on here as a link. That was great!!!

Can we say we don't like Hitlery or Brand X and his being a draft dodger and disgusting. giggle.. You mean like that? hahahhaa yesss.

And any time you just want to say... Hanoi Jane is a traitor that is fine with me.

Mostly what Billie and I had tried to do since there are entire threads about a subject that is political , let the discussion of that subject be at its own thread and merely make mention of it here.....like a link.

The USO Headquaters, explains how they are not political, how they support every President. That is how they are set up and have been since day one.
We are FReepers and we know that not every President has earned respect.That puts us in a unique situation, but the FReeper Canteen is also unique as well.

The way it has been going is perfect. Links to threads of interest is almost a must so we can stay on top of things at the Canteen.
The only thing and this one is big time for me to remember, LOL, is not to be discussing issues of politics, things being voted on and bills being passed here at the Canteen.

When I have to rant or say yippee about something like that I just go to the thread of the subject and do my Bunny thing. hahhaa

So this long yada yada...hahhaah is just to say ...Keep up the great work. The Canteen is running smoothly just the way you have been helping to do it.Links to things are great. And saying to pray for our President and saying how great Rummy's press conferences are is fabulous of course.

Just stay the course as you have been and all is fantastic.
