That's part of the problem with the American legal system.No doubt some moron judge will side with the terrorist and allow this nonsense to go on for the next 10 years or so.

This creep killed over 200 people, including at least ten Americans. I'll show as much concern for his right as he showed for the rights of the people who died in the bombing, which is, of course, NONE. What about the rights of those victims? Who speaks for them?

This is not the matter of a "criminal's" rights, this is a matter of Constitutional rights. It is always with the worst offenders -- not with the model citizen -- that the Man begins to erode the Constitutional rights of all.

They are lucky to be left alive to be able to sue if you ask me, were it up to me, they would not be. Of course , were I in charge, this lawsuit would be thrown out too, but with all of the liberal judges in place now, fat chance of that.
