More: Passersby Apprehended Terrorist (IsraelNN.com) Passersby near the Bank Hapoalim in Beersheba earlier today successfully apprehended one of the terrorists responsible for the bomb attack. Eyewitnesses describe hearing a loud explosion, and within seconds identified the terrorists. Without concern for their own safety, they tackled one of the terrorists, began punching and kicking him in an effort to neutralize him. One male involved tore open his shirt to be certain he was not wearing an explosives belt, which he was not. The second terrorist escaped and is currently the subject of a large manhunt in the area. Police at this time remain uncertain if the terrorists threw a bomb or grenade.
