Although VIACOMCBSINFINTYWESTWOODONE radio head Joel Hollander publicly denied to reporters that compensation was being paid to affiliates for carrying O'Reilly -- behind the scenes on Tuesday, Hollander threatened to pull the payout guarentee to WOR, blaming the station for the DRUDGE REPORT leak...

Bill O'Reilly is a liar. He lied on national radio. Now he wants to kill Matt? What a jerk! Oh, he lied on national radio?
Freeper minds would love to have you post all of your documentation proving this accusation!
Freepers are are always seeking the truth. Obviously you have facts that are not in evidence so far?

There was an email circulating in 2000 accusing Hillary of defending Black Panther murderers and Bill Lann Lee of shutting down his university during an antiwar demonstration.
The email was sent to me by someone, and I forwarded it to a large list including O'Reilly.
The only person on the list to reply was O'Reilly, and it was the only email I've ever received from him.
His email (which I did not save) was a thousand words to refute the charges.
I do not know what prompted him to do that, but it had a bad odor.

Rush is simply a radio talk show host, not some god who can not be competed with. It is o'reily's right to try and give him a run for his money. this has to be the most petty ignorant little hissy fit i have ever witnessed.

I'm sure someone can post the transcript for all to see. I heard the show myself, OR lied.

I am not talking about OR's right to go against Rush.
I am talking about OR's right to be a liar.
Or is that unimportant to you?

I sniff Democrats! Anytime Drudge and O'Reily are talked about, there is an organized liberal effort behind it.
VLRC?
What absolutly pisses me off, if then Freepers fall for this obvious stupidity!

Listened to an hour of O'Reilly's radio show today and was disappointed. Of course, it was his first time out so maybe it will improve. He seems to use his air time just to hear himself talk and unload his opinion on everything.
He doesn't seem to have a real personality like Hannity of Rush where he could talk one-to-one. He still talks down from his self-erected pedestal.
I still like his TV show and would not think of missing it, but he does way too much grandstanding.
To: Nogbad
It is entirely possible that at the time of the interview, O'Reilly didn't know about the plans. Kicking out ideas and actually formalizing plans are two very different things.

Either Drudge is nuts or O'Reilly.
BOTH? lol

Rush is simply a radio talk show host, not some god who can not be competed with. It is o'reily's right to try and give him a run for his money. this has to be the most petty ignorant little hissy fit i have ever witnessed. That sums it up pretty well. Some of you are hysterically defensive of Rush and Drudge. This is a business situation, and O'Reilly has the right to change his mind about doing the show once Rush was doing well, and David Limbaugh gave the ok.
Drudge has not always acted honorably in the past, and I felt it was a despicable thing when he spread those drug rumors about Bush before the campaign with NO EVIDENCE. Isn't he happy now that we're discussing his wretched and pathetic attempts for attention?

"Either Drudge is nuts or O'Reilly. Can't wait to see who heads to the padded wagon first. " o'reilly is a gas bag...
he should just keep his "helium reserve money" n stay out of "talk radio"....
he'll give talk radio a bad name.

Drudge might better spend his time keeping his website current versus the 10 or so 'stories' that linger as 'news' for hours upon hours at a time...
Seriously, I do not understand why anybody would visit the Drudge site for the 'latest' news...latest gossip maybe, but news?

It is entirely possible that at the time of the interview,
O'Reilly didn't know about the plans. I believe that is called the Clinton defense:
"I didn't know anything about this until I read about it in the papers."

I agree. When Rush went deaf, it looked like our best Conservitive radio host would eventually have to close up shop.
Bill bravely took up the flag and was willing to face the enemy himself.
Once Rush was able to recover, beyond anyone's best expectations, Bill's honorable efforts were already in place.
And Freepers are bitching about this honorable effort?
Enquiring minds want to know....

For all I care or am concerned, rush, drudge and o'reily are all liars, i dont look to them for my moral guidance or to make my decisions. As i stated above, this has got to be one of the stupidest cat-fights i have ever witnessed. Both are media personalities trying to make a name for themselves. That is it. its funny how all of the sudden every personality conservatives look to on the radio or tv all seem to be self destructing in a fit of over inflated ego rage.
