Weren't a lot of Union loyalist hanged in Tennesee( which had many loyal areas too) I wish I had the specific instances on me. Here is one specific instance. One of my mother's relatives was a farmer near what is now Johnson City, Tennessee. He was a Unionist and some of Isham Harris's men killed him for it in April 1861.
