This makes no sense. In a time when U.N. fact-finding commissions are all the rage, here is a subject for congressional fact-finders to investigate: Why are we throwing away all those tax dollars? I'd like to know that, too!

When I worked in retail, I got sick and tired of the UN wives... It's very much like East Berlin when it was under quartet governance of the USSR, France, the UK and the US.
Wives, and not only wives, of occupying forces personnel used to come in sworms from the Western sectors for shopping... their Deutsche marks changed on the East Berlin's black market made them feel like petrol sheikhs, and very often they made nuisance of themselves.
But then, is NYC occupied by the UN diaperheads?

Well, I could use "AAARGH!" instead, but I'm pretty sure there's a Freeper named AARGH somewhere in here too.

Funny you should mention France. The French UN ladies were the worst nuisances of all.
Every now and then, just for the hell of it, we'd pretend we couldn't understand their English due to their French accents. Bwahaha!

"Shut the UN down, and get their desperado ambassadors off my streets of NYC..." Seeing more and more folks expressing said sentiment...methinx the days of America's involvement in the UN are numbered.
That's not to say America needs to become isolationist, however the UN is a bloated bureaucracy devoid of any effectiveness whatsoever. And I ain't about to give these unelected would-be Tyrants the Power they'd need to accomplish their Socialist Goals.
FReegards...MUD

"AAARGH" Will do...Hah, Hah, Hah....Now we have to worry about plagerism...Oh no..LOL

I agree. We should not be supporting these camps any longer. Let the Arab states absorb these refugees and their 4 generation offspring. These camps are breeding grounds for terrorism and for functional and political illiteracy.

I hear that with the destruction of the WTC... some office space was lost. Could not the UN complex supply some of that lost space??? Hmmm???
