Time to shut this puppy down.

Why, indeed, are we funding this hate regime ?

Thank you Pokey...finally something that makes sense...Shut the UN down, and get their desperado ambassadors off my streets of NYC...
It's not horrible enough they're immune from prosecution on almost everything...but they park anywhere they want, get drunk, get nastier then they already are, and hate us...Get them out of here!

Not only that, but they don't have to pay sales tax for anything. When I worked in retail, I got sick and tired of the UN wives trying to tell me I couldn't charge them sales tax on their purchase, yet they'd forgotten their card with the tax-exempt number on it, WHICH I needed. And which they very well knew. Grrr! I want them all relegated to the status of tourists, if they botherr to come here after their damned privileges are taken away, and I want to turn the UN complex into condos, a health club, and a public park...

Or we could just bulldoze the whole thing and put Yankee Stadium there. Handy for me. ;-)

If the UN wasnt involved we would not be feeding the hate. Hate cannot feed itself - it is not economically productive. So regimes of hate and terror, such as Arafat's, have to live on the dole somehow. The "Dole" is the UN and ultimately US taxpayers. Sad - Arafat terrorism is funded by US taxpayers!

Because if we shut it down, we will have our first terrorist attacks against us here on our soil...right?

All those 9-11 businesses that are out of office space could use that really nice building, eh?

GET RID OF THEM ALL.

The U.N> is a pimple on the A** of this great nation. Heck, even the shape of the building is pimple-like. Or perhaps its a boil. In any case its full of pus. Time to lance it before the infection become terminal.

We should get out of the UN and get the UN out of the USA.

Bump!!

Great find Pokey78.

I used to be ambivalent towards the UN and regarded those that were anti UN as rather militia minded folks. The UN is run by evil folks and countries as there will in fact always be more evil countries than good ones.

If Idi Amin were alive today he would be in a high UN Post. After all he was a muslim.

and more importantly-

Kofi must be tried for war crimes in Hague for using UN funds to allow, create and administer a terrorist camp inside UNWRA's.

Which put at risk innocents non combatants in Jenin as well as in Israel.

This is a direct link to Kofi and terrorisim and arms inside UNWRA.

While there is only a indirect link between Sharon and sabra camp murders.

<Under the UNRWA's auspices, the number of refugees it serves has grown from 914,000 in 1950 to more than 3.8 million today. Thus, the overwhelming majority of its population are the children, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren of those who first were placed in UNRWA camps in 1950. Between 1947 and 1950, approximately 750,000 Jewish refugees were driven from Arab countries in the Middle East. There was no United Nations agency to serve their health, educational, and social needs. So they were absorbed directly into the Israeli polity, and their offspring bear no indicia of refugee status. For example, the president of Israel, Moshe Katsav, is the child of Iranian Jewish refugees from that time.>

By using my tax dollars to fund UNWRA camps I am forced to facilitate and sponsor terrorist activities.

More US money is being used in funding and maintaining terrorist camps under Araft and Kofi supervision than monies Osama had given to the Taliban.

If we ever do apply the "Bush Doctrine" we MUST immediately stop funding UNWRA or we are facilitators of terrorism!

We may be forced to start bombing Washinton DC until we root out the sponsors of terrorisim.

Also, is not Kofi subject to War Crimes charges for administering refugee camps which are in fact terrorist training camps?

The "refugees" and non combatants in Jenin were placed and used as shields in a war. Not only did the habitants of the camp kill innocents Israelis, the UN also placed the non combatant inhabitants in harms way. Kofi should have "foreseen" and Israeli response to 18 months of continuous terror emanating from Jenin. <P.This is a direct link to Kofi as head of the UN while Sharon's alleged war crimes is indirect. (ie Sharon should have "foreseen" that the Christians would kill the muislims in Sabra)

Somehow, someway the UN has this country by the balls. The only way to change things will be for the average tax payer to refuse to pay anymore taxes to the federal government until they stop supporting terrorist organization like the UN with our money.

Now, please excuse me, I think I hear the FBI, ATF and IRS at my door.
