I should have complimented you and bring up those items that most people forget. Carter had this policy that said, if a world leader isn't good to his people, we should break off support. So he went about cutting off support of a number of world leaders that had been our allies. Naturally this didn't apply to Communist leaders. He was a strong supporter of Noriega and the Sandanistas.

Some of our leaders couldn't door more damage if they worked for the enemy. Carter and Clinton are two such individuals.
