We fought this thing by trying to make as many people aware as possible. We even posted it here and got some great support. Here's the link. In the end, the Broward County School Board overrode the interests of the 100's of thousands of parents who petitioned against this and went in favor of GLSEN, a group consisting of 250 people in the South Florida Chapter.

It had nothing to do with what the taxpayers and loving parents wanted. It's about hijacking the minds of their children and exterminating our culture in place of their vision for America's future...which appears bleaker every day.

Sadly, most of the good people will abandon their fight in wake of the school board decision. If they want to get their point across--just as the gay rights crowd did--the choice is simple. The thousands of angry parents in Broward County should take their kids out of government schools and enroll them in private schools or home school them. It's worth remembering that supplemental funding from state and federal programs is often based on enrollment. Decrease that enrollment by several thousand and I guarantee you'll get the attention of school board officials and politicians.

Fighting to win means more than showing up at school board meetings, or bombarding them with e-mails. When those tactics don't work, take the next step and hit the school board in the pocket book. Unfortunately, most of the angry parents in Broward County will still pack their kids off to government schools, where they can be thoroughly indoctrinated in the gay rights agenda and other liberal causes...
