BILL CLINTON ITCHING TO SPEAK OUT
NY Post ^ | Monday, April 29, 2002 | Neil Travis

Posted on 04/29/2002 9:25:00 AM PDT by Teacup

SOURCES close to Bill Clinton tell me that the former president will make what they call "a major public policy statement" about the fraught situation in the Middle East, probably within the next week. They say that Clinton feels enough time has now passed since he left the White House to start speaking out publicly about major issues.

Clinton gave a hint of this Saturday night when he told reporters before a Texas fund-raiser that he supports Secretary of State Colin Powell's peace efforts. He added, "There has to be justice and economic opportunities for the Palestinians."

I hope these sources are correct, because (forgetting his personal life) Clinton was one of the smartest presidents we've had in decades and probably knows more about the nuances of the Israeli-Palestinian situation than anyone else.

It would be invaluable for all concerned to hear his thoughts about the Mideast, terrorism, energy policy or whatever. Up to now, those insights have only been shared with special interest groups paying up to $200,000 a time to listen to Bill behind closed doors.

Clinton is said to be restless, a little bored and quite frustrated in his self-exile from the public stage and he sorely misses making things happen. He is quite envious (in the nicest possible way) of wife Hillary Rodham and the fulfilling life she is leading as the junior senator from New York.

Clinton, is also preparing to plunge into this year's vital Senate campaigns and is willing to appear for just about any Democratic candidate who asks him. Next Monday night in Manhattan, for example, he's giving a fund-raising dinner for Jean Shaheen, the formidable woman running for the Senate from New Hampshire.

I'm going to print that picture, put one copy on a dart board, and another on a punching bag.

I may print a few more for kitty litter liners.

These Klitoons are just like vampires. The only way to get rid of the vampires is with a stake in the heart. And GW had his chance to put them on trial and he failed miserably for which I will never forgive him for & will never vote for him on that issue & immigration besides his democrate spending ability.

Dammit, dammit, dammit! There it is again. From where does this idea of Clintoon's vast intelligence come?

"BILL CLINTON ITCHING TO SPEAK OUT"

I don't think that many adults read the Forum section of Penthouse magazine.

Keep telling yourself that he was "one of the smartest" whatevers. Pretty soon you (the author) will believe it. Try for better quotes though, 'cause the one supplied here could be expressed by any wino on the street. Economic opportunities, huh? Miss Cleo can say smarter things...

(No, really, I think they have to keep repeating this "one of the smartest" baloney to drown out the nagging thought that they have been supporting an idiot savant.)

Well, as we all know, Bill scratches whatever itches...or finds someone to relieve it.

"Has that clinton "legacy" made you feel safer yet?"

Lest Americans ever forget why the clintons, and all their enablers need to be hectored, hounded, and harried into silence, until "clintonese is only spoken in Hell," look here:
