Sorry I missed the program. I just went to C-Span and can't go back farther than the 19th. I'd have loved to hear his actual comments on the program.

Ron Paul is dead-on in his assessment of how overgrown and beyond it's legal authority our centralized federal government has grown. Unfortunately, most people have been bought-off with their own (or someone else's) money. For example, older folks bristle at how senseless and overbearing our government has become, but mention how, in reigning in the behemoth, Social Security and Medicare would have to go, and their eyes glaze over and the backpedaling begins.
