Texas woman indicted on charges she left man in her windshield to die
The Associated Press Fort Worth, Texas -- A Texas grand jury has indicted on a murder charge the woman who's accused of striking a man with her car and leaving him in her windshield -- to die.
Chante Mallard remains in custody, with bond set at $250,000.
She's been indicted in Tarrant County on charges of murder and tampering with evidence.
Authorities say Gregory Biggs was struck last October along a Fort Worth highway. Mallard allegedly drove home with Biggs trapped in her windshield. Authorities say she then parked in her garage.
Biggs' body was later found dumped in a Fort Worth park.
Investigators had no leads until earlier this year, when a tipster told them Mallard talked about the incident at a party.

Still in custody--good
Indicted for murder--good
Wonder if this has wiped that smirk off her face?

should have been a hate crime. They can't charge her with a hate crime. You have to be male, white and straight to be charged with a hate crime.

She was white and the victim was black, right? So where is Jesse and the lynch mob to drag this sorry white womans butt into the square and flog her? Oh, wait...

I bet you hate poems, don't you?

Now she did go out to her garage every so often for a few days and when he mooned she said she was sorry! Sort of I feel your pain. She did mutter a few racial epitaphs and joked about a white guy hood ornament to her friends could look bad for her.

I am surprised they have not charged her with kidnapping, too. She held the man against his will hidden in her garage, a place where he could not get away from or get help. She should be charged with kidnapping, as well.

Can't stand 'em. LOL

I know..I know.....but "Hey honey, there's a dying white cracker impaled in your windshield in the garage"...her reply: "Forget dying whitey, let's get naked".....well it sounds like she sure has some "disdain" for white folks...particularly those she's just run over...or thru.
I paraphrased a bit for effect but the actual events are part of the case.

If the victim had been throw clear of her car -- as opposed to impaling her windshield -- the liberals would be clamoring for her immediate release and for him to be charged with leaving the scene of an accident...
