The target is Mecca, the "Haram" surrounding the "Ka'aba" or the black rock, the meteorite muslims worship as a sign from allah. It was the primary god of the arab pagans before Mohammed cleverly coopted it, it was "the moon god". If you want to see a muslim go nuts, remind him that he worships the moon-god.
