There have been several allegations about Creatine and I've seen them several times in the news bad mouthing Creatine. I don't agree with it, but last year or the year before there were several College athletes that died. I think they were Wrestlers, but wrestlers really work on their weight & they will often try to shed water weight & not take in plenty of fluids & with Creatine that is a no no.

as for the wrestlers, these pinheads died bc they were on an exercise bike in the sauna IN HOT SUITS, and not drinking water. they died from an excessive internal body temperature and dehydration. but since the nwo wants control of all natural remedies (see codex in eu, where you cant take vit c in amounts over 200mg without a dr prescritption), anything anyone takes that is natural is blamed (kava, st johns, creatine, ephedra), but get all the liver toxic tylenol and prozac you want.

galt is correct about the creatine....just like politics, with any atheltic supplements that helps make one more manly, treat ANY MEDIA REPORT with extreme jaundice.

Let me ask you this...Are there any contraindications for short term Steroid Use?

Yes, this is true. Creatine adds water in the muscles. Wrestlers, when making weight, dehydrate themselves. It is the vital organs that suffer when a dehydrated body shifts all of its available water to the muscles, because they, too, need water. And if the heart, which is over 80 percent water, dehydrates, it will fail.
