The only redeeming aspect of this sorry piece of carp idea, is that this is the last year it will be a take your daughter to work day. Next year it will be coed. Boys and girls will be taken to work. Oh the horrors.

Everywhere I've lived, it has always been coed. As long as it's not discriminatory, I don't have a strong reaction to it pro or con. If it were reserved exclusively for girls, I wouldn't participate, or would participate with my son, purely as an act of defiance.
