Not in my book...but the banning of religious headress is a big no no. Are they going to outlaw religious jewelery too? And who/what would be banned next. I suspect this is just the Hors d'oeuvre. The main entree might be snails.

No but it does make you a socialist. I have no idea why anyone in america thinks that europe has conservatives or better yet a firm grasp on federalism. They are all socialist scum and well what else do we expect from nations with cradle to grave government programs.
